Healing begins when you allow yourself to stop suffering
"Although the world is full of suffering, it is also full of overcoming it". Your journey begins when you identify the emotions causing you to feel your life is out of control. The process of healing starts by recognizing and removing layers of false beliefs and negative thoughts. Understanding where those beliefs and thoughts come from will allow you to gain strength and courage to overcome the challenges and obstacles you face throughout your life. It is then you will experience inner peace with a healing mind.
My goal as your therapist is for you to gain self-awareness, insight and understanding on a deeper level. As painful issues emerge, resolving these issues will allow healing and self-growth to naturally occur.
